Check in is at 16:00 and our check out time is 12:00. This means that you can have a restful lie in bed. If you want to leave your bags with us during your stay, simply speak to our reception team who will be able store your bags safely for as long as you need.
Yes. We are happy to store your luggage and place it into your room once your room is ready.
Yes. You can leave your luggage with us on departure for same day collection. Unfortunately we are unable to store luggage overnight.
Yes. Our Reception Team are always happy to assist you booking a taxi.
Our lunch menu is served from 12:00 to 16:30 each day, and our evening dinner menu is served from 17:30 to 21:30 (Food service ends at 21.15). Our dishes are infused with the spirit of Yorkshire cuisine and are created by our talented, passionate Chefs. We are the perfect dinner location for a special occasion or a simple light bite. Please speak to our restaurant team to make a reservation.
Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 on Monday to Friday and 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends.
Yes. You are welcome to have Guests join you for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
No. We do not allow unattended pets in the hotel. Dogs are welcome in a semi-private section of the Restaurant which is clearly marked.

The York Christmas Market's are a short 4 minute walk from the hotel.
We have 16 spaces on site, including 3 accessible parking spaces, and 4 electric chargers. Parking is first come, first served and we can not reserve parking in our car park. The nearest recommended parking is Monkbar Mews and Foss Island, both council run within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
